 New claims are submitted to GEMCOR by fax or via our Online Claim Worksheet. We analyze available data, clarify appraisal information, research our replacement cost and respond to the adjuster by phone, fax or email within 24 hours. These price quotes are always a FREE service.
Based upon the indicated savings and the method of settlement desired either by the adjuster or insured, GEMCOR will either generate a consultant's report supporting our recommended basis of settlement, or we will replace/repair the lost, stolen or broken item.
Monthly, quarterly, or annual activity reports are provided. This allows our clients to monitor our performance as well their spending, savings and staff participation.
